Description: We’re one year old! Let’s celebrate with some cake. Sort of. To celebrate, we made our take on the pineapple upside-down cake (since we tend to be a bit upside-down ourselves). The speed-soured wild ale was brewed with pineapple puree, vanilla beans, and lactose and then aged on french oak to add in some delicious bourbon notes.
