Description: A part of our Sorbet Series - A dessert sour ale that starts with a luscious blend of 2Row, golden naked oats and torrified wheat. The wort goes through a 2 day kettle souring process with our favorite probiotic drink, which is then boiled with brown sugar to give that pie crust essence and fermented clean. We then age this sour beauty on over 1,000 pounds of blueberries and a tad bit of vanilla and marshmallow to make the blueberries pop while smoothing everything out. The fruit aging/fermenting process added almost 1.5% more alcohol to the final beer, bringing it to a final undetectable ABV of 8.9%. Like a slice of Blueberry Pie in a glass! Cheers!
