Description: The first in a series of house season blends coming from our oak cellar! This blend features one white wine puncheon fermented saison, and one 14 month Pinot noir barrel aged saison. The blend of these two Oak vessels works to create a golden hued, lightly tart beer bursting with bright flavors of a white grape, peach skin, and grapefruit with a subtle yeasty-ness from our house saison strain. A beer for the summer days to come in deed!
