Description: Wooden Shoe Canoe is a German style pale ale. Using German hops, and malt, by adding a small amount of caramel malt allows us to break away from the normal pale ale styles. The character of the finish is slightly sweet with an equal balance of hop flavor. Canoe represents a very laid back pale ale that allows for you to celebrate with during any season. Wooden Shoe Canoe is top fermented. Sure it takes longer, but its a ’matter of preference’.
