Description: American Double IPA brewed with ten plus hops including amarillo, centennial, kohatu, summit, and simcoe. Near the end of the boil buddha's hand and grapefruit peel were added. Mash hopping, hop forwarding, First wort hopping, hop backing and dry hopping were all employed to create a huge hop flavor and aroma. Distinct tropical and citrus fruit juice aroma.
