Description: This Pale Ale was brewed to exemplify the effects of late hop additions and dry hopping in the brewing process. We have carefully chosen the base malts and flaked grains to make the beer as smooth and palatable as possible, while allowing the hops to shine in all the right spots. A heavy-handed use of both Galaxy and Simcoe hops lead to bright flavors/aromas of passionfruit, peach, pine, and citrus. This beer is refined, aromatic, and hazy from hops. Please enjoy fresh!
