Using ingredients from both states, WB and Burial created a strong ale that redefines what a barleywine can be. Notes of rich honey, caramel, lightly toasted bread, flan, and a gentle fruity finish provide a perfect base for each unique barrel aged version of this beer, with Jarrylo and Calypso hops to balance the finish.
