Description: A collaboration brew with our friends at The Porter Beer Bar to celebrate their 9th anniversary. For this IPA we went with an aggressive ratio of Simcoe, Huell Melon, and Idaho 7. On the nose this beer is mostly citrus, pine, and light fruit. The flavor is a nice blend of fruit juice, piney resin, and citrus rind as well as light grassy flavor. It is light in color with a cloudy haze from our additions of oats and wheat as well as the crazy dry hop schedule. Just don't ask your server for something hazy, because hazy is not a flavor.
