Description: We liked our fresh hop pale ale grain bill so much this year that we decided to keep it as a house pale ale grain bill and build the hops out from there. A base of Pilsner, US 2-Row, Munich and light crystal malt give this beer a crisp/clean body to stand up to huge hop flavor and aromatics. Amarillo, Galaxy and Mosaic hops give notes of passionfruit, mango, peach, resin and pine and leave a massive hop presence after each sip. The Jigawatt is our latest step in the timeless quest for hoppy beer. If you see Doc Brown at the bar, tell him we said hello.
