Description: Made to celebrate the brewing of our ninth batch of Siberius Maximus RIS, we sacrificed some of the excess beer once barrels were filled to create a reduction with maple syrup, sugar, and our Mexican spices. From there, our Chef de Cuisine Jeremiah Weston, made RIS yeast donuts that soaked in the glaze, which were then infused into our regular Mexican Siberius Maximus. Sounds crazy...but it is really good! This will not be a monthly tapping...just a way for us to celebrate the brewing of our most recent batch of RIS. We will continue to make a similar one-off (one time only) each time we brew a batch of Siberius.
