Description: Barrel Select #4 was aged in a choice Elijah Craig barrel, giving some caramel like aromas alongside a very barrel-forward oak-y dryness. Complex flavors of faint cinnamon, orange zest, and classic vanilla coming from its charred oak and balanced by the warm Elijah Craig base. Both of these Trevor's Store Pick barrels (Barrel Select #3 and Barrel Select #4) were filled with our 7th anniversary collaboration stout with Bottle Logic, resting on small amounts of vanilla in each barrel for the entire 14 months. When emptied, these barrels were not conditioned on any additional adjuncts, showcasing their respective selected barrels flavors.
