Description: It hasn’t been all Beach days and Birthdays for Wally this summer. Some days he’s out there just doing dog stuff: sitting, shaking, being a Good Boy! With that in mind, we joyously welcome back the first hazy TIPA we ever made that kicked off a super fun series of Wally beers allowing us to experiment with ultra high hopping rates paired with a high ABV IPA! Brewed this time with Pils malt, a touch of Maris Otter, a hefty amount of White Wheat, and a dash of Malted Oats. Now if you came here looking for a beautiful hop blend, you’re in the right place. With Galaxy and Citra softly barking in the whirlpool, a large amount of Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Nelson ensure this beer sits and stays with well-behaved flavors of fuzzy peach, apricot and a smattering of lemony citrus and pineapple that all play nice together.
