Buffalo Bill Cody Beer is a traditional rye by standards, but modified Rocky Mountain-style. It starts with a bright straw-amber color and follows with a mild fruity-estery aroma at low levels. The taste is crisp and light to the tongue but pushes toward medium with a Rockies-style addition of biscuit malt. Hop bitterness is low to allow malt and spicy-dry rye flavors to come through, and gives Buffalo Bill Cody Beer a nice, smooth finish!
