This copper colored ale is brewed with Ethiopian Teff, an ancient tiny cereal grain, mashed along with two & six row barley and TN oats. Boiled for 3 hours with aged hops. Fermented with African honey, Gesho "Woody Hops" sticks, local yeast and our house mixed culture.
