Description: Sour Ale with Strawberry and Lemon This is Tom Petty at his best. A few years removed from Free Fallin’ and a few away from You Don’t Know How It Feels. It’s kind of how we feel about this beer. Early on in our existence as a fledgling brewery, we made a Strawberry Lemonade Saison which, while good, didn’t hit as hard as we wanted. Once we got some road under our boots, that original beer was probably always destined to be turned into a sour. We add several hundred pounds of strawberry to this beer before resting it on lemon to balance the juicy summer berry notes.
